Nevertheless, it's worth acknowledging those who might not fully grasp the negative impacts screens can have on family dynamics. Many find themselves unwittingly overwhelmed and exhausted. These detriments often remain concealed, manifesting when families dine out with children engrossed in tablets, toddlers peacefully staring at screens in grocery store carts, or older kids opting for silent scrolling on social media rather than engaging in healthier social interactions.
