Mission
LookUp is a 501(c3) organization based in Houston, TX.
Our mission is to support families in raising a healthy and mindful generation by providing practical tools and resources to help them navigate the challenges of screens and social media.
We empower families to prioritize their overall well-being and mental health through meaningful connections and positive environments, encouraging them to LookUp from their devices and see the opportunities for growth and happiness in their lives.
In today's society, where mental health is on the decline among youth, suicide rates are at their highest, and disconnect is more prevalent than ever, addressing these issues becomes a crucial concern for every modern family.

At LookUp, we comprise therapists, coaches, and parents who join forces to guide families through the intricate landscape of technology, aiming to avert youth screen addiction and address the mental health challenges triggered by the pervasive influence of social media, which has impacted countless individuals in today's world.
